The Caribbean Cook-off will be one of the biggest highlights to end the summer. The cook-off will consist of three dishes from a variety Caribbean countries. Each dish will be judged on the following criteria, taste presentation and creativity. A cash prize will be awarded to the winner of each category. The Caribbean Cook-off will include fun activities for kids and adults. A variety of local artists will be performing throughout the day. This is a family fun day that all can enjoy. |
